We're growing our team in India. We're looking for a confident, energetic Education Counsellor with excellent communication skills and a strong sales drive to join our successful enrolments team. You'll receive full training on our courses, systems, and processes.

About the Role

As an Education Counsellor, you'll guide prospective students from their first enquiry through to enrolment and payment. Your responsibilities will include:

- Contacting prospective students by phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media, and giving them clear, accurate information about our courses, entry requirements, fees, and payment or funding options
- Managing leads and your sales pipeline in our CRM, tracking results, and preparing regular reports
- Responding to enquiries promptly and keeping applicants updated on the status of their application
- Receiving and processing applications, checking eligibility and documents, and making sure all pre-enrolment information is complete and accurate
- Converting applications into enrolments while meeting monthly targets
- Suggesting ways to improve our enrolment process and student experience

What You'll Bring

- At least 2 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, or inside sales (experience with Australian or international education is a strong advantage)
- Fluent spoken and written English




- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine interest in helping students choose the right course
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage many leads and tasks at once
- Confidence with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- A problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn every day
- A quiet, dedicated room to work from, a reliable high-speed internet connection, a laptop or desktop, and a headset with a noise-cancelling microphone.

Working Hours (Indian Standard Time)

- Monday to Friday: 5:00 am – 2:00 pm IST
- Saturday: 5:00 am – 10:30 am IST
