Little Artists Art Studio is one of Singapore's leading Fine Arts & Design academies with over 30 years of excellence in nurturing young artists. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and warm individual to join our team as a Online HR & People Culture Executive.

Help Little Artists build a winning team. We’re looking for an experienced HR professional who can bring structure, care and energy to our creative workplace. You’ll support our people from their first conversation with us through their ongoing growth and performance.

Key responsibilities

- Lead recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and hiring coordination.
- Create a welcoming, well-organised induction experience for current team members.
- Maintain accurate staff records and manage HR systems, leave records and compensation administration.
- Support staff wellbeing and engagement, helping people feel heard, valued and motivated.
- Work with managers to set clear performance expectations, track productivity and support improvement.
- Create and Conduct trainings
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development opportunities.




- Help build practical HR processes that support a happy, accountable and high-performing team leading to growth

What we’re looking for

- 4–5 years or more relevant HR experience, including hands-on work with performance and productivity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to handle sensitive conversations.
- A tech-savvy, organised approach to HR systems, staff data and reporting.
- A collaborative team player who can also take ownership and follow through independently.
- Sound judgement, discretion and genuine care for people.
- A positive, solutions-focused outlook. We’d love someone who can be our “happiness officer” while helping us maintain high standards.

Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m. Singapore time. Friday and Saturday are off.

Compensation: Base salary of INR 40,000 to 50000 , plus incentives and bonus.
