About the Role

We are looking for an Odoo Implementation Engineer who will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and continuously improving Odoo ERP systems across various business functions.

The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of ERP processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with different departments to understand business requirements and implement effective Odoo solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Implement, configure, and maintain Odoo ERP modules as per business requirements.

· Understand business processes and gather requirements from various departments.

· Configure modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, and Projects.

· Coordinate with internal teams for ERP implementation and process improvement.





· Troubleshoot Odoo-related issues and provide timely technical support.

· Manage Odoo users, roles, access rights, workflows, and permissions.

· Assist with data migration, data import/export, and system integration.

· Customize Odoo workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards as required.

· Coordinate with Odoo developers/vendors for advanced customizations and technical issues.

· Conduct user training and assist employees in effectively using the ERP system.

· Prepare and maintain process documentation and user guides.

· Monitor system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day ERP operations.

· Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

· Support the implementation of new Odoo modules and features as the business expands.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· 1–4 years of experience in Odoo implementation, ERP support, or ERP administration.

· Hands-on experience with Odoo modules and business workflows.

· Good understanding of Odoo configuration and customization.

· Basic knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and Odoo Studio will be an advantage.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

· Experience in Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Supply Chain, or Distribution processes.

· Experience working with Odoo in a manufacturing or trading organization.

· Knowledge of recent Odoo versions will be an added advantage.
