Job Title: Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Design creative social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Create product promotional creatives for digital and offline marketing.
- Develop visually appealing content while maintaining the company's brand identity.
- Edit and enhance images, product photographs, and promotional materials.
- Create graphics for festivals, events, product launches, company announcements, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the HR, Sales, Marketing, and Management teams to understand design requirements.
- Ensure all creative materials are completed within the required timelines.

Social Media Management

- Manage the company's social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and publish regular social media posts, reels, videos, stories, and other content.
- Develop monthly/weekly social media content calendars.
- Write engaging captions and relevant hashtags for posts.
- Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages, and audience responses.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, followers, and content performance.
- Stay updated with current social media trends,



formats, and content ideas.
- Support social media campaigns for company products, services, projects, events, and recruitment activities.

Video & Content Creation

- Create and edit short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and product videos.
- Assist in photography and video shooting for products, employees, projects, and company events.
- Convert product information and company updates into engaging visual content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to collect content and information for social media.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Canva is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Knowledge of social media content creation and digital marketing trends.
- Good creative and visual-thinking skills.
- Basic photography and video-shooting skills will be an advantage.
- Good written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
