CFOLogic is a US-based finance advisory firm building Navigator, a finance software product that connects with QuickBooks Online and provides businesses with live financial dashboards, cash and receivables insights, 13-week cash forecasting, budget-vs-actual reporting, and an AI-powered "Ask Navigator" assistant.
We are looking for 2 Finance & Accounting Product Testing Interns for a 2–3 month internship to help us thoroughly test Navigator before its wider release.
Key Responsibilities
- Test the Navigator web application using provided test scripts.
- Perform functional and usability testing of different product features.
- Test the application from the perspective of a business owner or accountant.
- Identify and document bugs, errors, and usability issues.
- Clearly record steps to reproduce each issue.
- Re-test bugs after fixes are implemented.
- Identify areas where users may find the product confusing or unclear.
- Share regular feedback with the founding team.
- Prepare a short written review of the product each week.
Requirements
- Students or recent graduates from Commerce, Accounting, Finance,
B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or Computer Science/IT backgrounds.
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable using web applications and technology.
- Basic understanding of accounting or finance.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and test different scenarios carefully.
Internship Details
- Location: Baner, Pune – Work from Office
- Duration: 2–3 Months
- Working Hours: 20–25 hours per week
- Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
- Openings: 2
- Certificate: Completion certificate will be provided
Product training will be provided during the first two days.
This is a hands-on prospect to work directly with the founding team and contribute to improving a live finance technology product. Your feedback and findings will directly help shape the product before its wider release.
