We are looking for a Production & Quality Supervisor with 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, managing shop-floor operations, ensuring production targets are achieved, and maintaining required quality standards. The role involves coordinating with production, quality, maintenance, stores, and planning teams to ensure efficient and defect-free production.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / Quality Management Systems.
- Experience with CAPA, 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, or similar problem-solving tools.
- Experience in process audits and quality inspections.
- Knowledge of SPC,



basic statistical tools, and quality documentation.
- Experience in reducing rejection, rework, wastage, and customer complaints.
- Experience coordinating with PPC, Maintenance, Stores, Production, and Quality departments.
- Leadership and team-motivation skills.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Production Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Mechatronics
- Quality Engineering
- Or another relevant technical discipline.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
