We are seeking an active Junior Civil Engineer to supervise daily construction work at residential building sites in Nashik. You will work directly under senior project managers to ensure work adheres to engineering specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site execution, including shuttering, reinforcement placement, concreting, brickwork, and finishing trades.
- Interpret architectural/structural drawings and guide site foremen and subcontractors on correct execution.
- Perform quality checks on incoming construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates) and sample testing (cube tests, slump tests).
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), site measurement books, worker attendance logs, and material consumption registers.
- Enforce site safety regulations and PPE compliance among workers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3 - 4 years of field site experience on residential building projects (RCC structures, residential complexes).
- Ability to read structural drawings and use AutoCAD for verification.
- Good site management, labor handling, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
