Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer with strong backend development experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend services.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Golang, REST APIs, microservices, databases, authentication/authorization, and cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Golang.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and microservices.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Work with databases and perform data modelling and optimization.
- Integrate backend services with internal and external APIs.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and production-ready code.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, architects, and product teams.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
- Contribute to system design, technical documentation, and architecture discussions.




- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and performance.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of backend/software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Golang (Go).
- Strong understanding of Go programming concepts, concurrency, goroutines, channels, and error handling.
- Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
- Good understanding of HTTP, JSON, API integration, and web services.
- Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases is an advantage.
- Experience with Git/version control.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and coding best practices.
- Experience with unit testing and debugging.
- Good understanding of application security and API security.

Good to Have

- Experience with IAM / Authentication / Authorization.
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, JWT.
- Experience with LDAP / Active Directory.
- Knowledge of gRPC.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
