- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company services.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to client enquiries professionally.
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
- Understand client requirements and provide relevant information.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
- Schedule meetings or appointments with interested clients.
- Maintain call records, customer details, and follow-up status.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales/recruitment team for further client requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Prepare and submit daily call reports to the reporting manager.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
