Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end car rental operations for corporate and retail clients.
- Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and fleet partners for timely vehicle deployment.
- Manage bookings, confirmations, trip schedules, and transportation logistics.
- Ensure smooth execution of local, outstation, airport transfer, and corporate travel requirements.
- Monitor vehicle availability and allocate vehicles as per client requirements.
- Maintain daily trip records, vendor reports, billing details, and operational MIS.
- Resolve customer queries and operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Accounts teams for booking confirmations and invoicing.
- Track driver attendance, trip status, and service quality.




- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and service standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with transport vendors and suppliers.
- Handle emergency situations and provide operational support whenever required.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–5 years of experience in Car Rental Operations, Transport Operations, or Travel Operations.
- Good knowledge of local and outstation transportation management.
- Strong vendor management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and operational reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.
