Position: Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and support the sales team in achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact professionally with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide appropriate information.
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information or solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and further follow-up.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues whenever required.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
- Prepare regular calling and follow-up reports for the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good Hindi and Bengali communication; English will be an added advantage.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls.

Educational Qualification

- Minimum Graduate.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.

Experience

0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

Candidate Preference

- Candidates residing in Baruipur and nearby areas will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
