Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AGM – Projects to lead and manage PEB projects from order execution through successful completion. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, coordination, cost control, quality, safety, and timely delivery of multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of PEB and structural steel projects, ensuring timely completion as per project requirements.
- Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, fabrication, dispatch, erection, and site activities.
- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Purchase, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Site teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, resource utilization, and overall project performance.
- Manage project-related client communication, meetings, approvals, inspections, and issue resolution.
- Monitor fabrication and erection activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Review project costing, variations, additional work, and ensure effective cost control.




- Lead and guide Project Managers, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and project execution teams.
- Prepare and review MIS, project progress reports, cost reports, and management updates.
- Ensure proper documentation, billing coordination, measurements, handover, and project closure.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.
- 12–18 years of relevant experience in PEB / Structural Steel / Construction Projects.
- Strong experience in PEB project execution, fabrication, erection, and site management.
- Excellent project planning, team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive knowledge of project costing, scheduling, quality control, and safety practices.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹66,667.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
