Interested candidate share their resume to [email protected] are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Designer to join our design team and work on the development of cutting-edge, functional, and visually engaging co-working and commercial workspaces.

The ideal candidate will have strong 3D visualization skills and experience in translating workplace and interior design concepts into high-quality 3D models and realistic renders.

Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed 3D models and photorealistic renders for co-working and commercial interior spaces.
- Develop 3D visualizations for reception areas, workstations, meeting rooms, cabins, breakout areas, lounges, cafeterias, and common spaces.
- Translate architectural drawings, concepts, and mood boards into accurate 3D models.
- Develop material, colour, furniture, lighting, and finish options for workspace environments.
- Create multiple design options and visual concepts for internal and client presentations.




- Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, creative designers, and project teams.
- Incorporate design feedback and make revisions within project timelines.
- Ensure 3D designs accurately reflect the intended design, scale, proportions, materials, and functionality.

Requirements

- 4–7 years of relevant experience in 3D design/visualization.
- Strong proficiency in SketchUp and 3ds Max.
- Experience in commercial interiors, office spaces, co-working spaces, hospitality, or workplace design preferred.
- Strong visual and aesthetic sense.
- Ability to interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
