Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Quality Checking / Quality Control Executive to join our plastic manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring product quality, conducting inspections, identifying defects, and ensuring that products meet the required quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect and check raw materials, in-process products, and finished plastic products.
- Conduct quality checks as per company specifications and standards.
- Identify defects, dimensional variations, and quality issues in plastic products.
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality.
- Maintain quality inspection reports, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Production Department to resolve quality-related issues.
- Identify root causes of defects and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper handling and segregation of rejected/non-conforming products.
- Conduct regular quality checks during production and before dispatch.




- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and safety requirements.
- Support continuous improvement activities to reduce rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
- Report quality issues to the concerned supervisor/management.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of plastic manufacturing and quality control processes.
- Knowledge of plastic materials, moulding processes, and product defects.
- Ability to use measuring instruments and inspection tools.
- Good observation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain quality records and reports.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and in shifts, if required.

Preferred Candidate

- Diploma in Plastics Technology from CIPET.
- Candidates with relevant experience in plastic manufacturing / injection moulding / quality inspection will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered based on company requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
