We are looking for an energetic and confident Real Estate Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their property requirements, generating qualified leads, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle incoming enquiries.
- Explain project details, pricing, configurations, amenities, and ongoing offers clearly.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and buying preferences.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested prospects.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to maintain customer interest.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up status in CRM.
- Coordinate with Closing Managers and the sales team for lead conversion.
- Follow up with customers after site visits and share feedback with the sales team.
- Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and site-visit targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of telecalling experience; real estate experience preferred.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
- Candidates with knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market will be preferred.
