THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly creative and visually curious Graphic Design Intern who wants to work on the visual identity of an emerging technology company and its products.

This is not simply a role for creating social-media posts.

You will work across:

Brand Identity → Visual Systems → Marketing → Product Communication → Digital Design → Campaigns → Presentations → Creative Direction

You will be expected to transform abstract ideas, technology concepts and business objectives into clear, distinctive and compelling visual communication.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES1. BRAND IDENTITY

Assist in developing and maintaining visual identities across PopPop Labs and its products.

Work may include:

- Brand identity systems
- Typography
- Color systems
- Graphic elements
- Iconography
- Layout systems
- Visual language
- Brand guidelines
- Marketing templates
- Digital brand assets

Maintain consistency across multiple brand touchpoints.

2. SOCIAL MEDIA DESIGN

Create high-quality visual content for platforms such as:

- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- X
- Other relevant digital platforms

Design:

- Posts
- Carousels
- Stories
- Reels covers
- Announcements
- Educational graphics
- Product explainers
- Campaign creatives
- Founder content
- Company updates

The focus should be on visual storytelling rather than decorative design.

3. PRODUCT COMMUNICATION

Translate complex technology into accessible visual communication.

You may create visuals explaining:

- Product features
- Events
- Communities
- Experiences
- Platform concepts
- User journeys

Poppy

- Robotics concepts
- Product capabilities
- Technology demonstrations
- Robot interactions
- Innovation stories

Oneevolution

- Civic participation

You will learn how to communicate sophisticated technology without overwhelming the audience.

4. CAMPAIGN DESIGN

Work with the marketing team to develop complete visual campaigns.

The process may involve:

Campaign Objective → Audience → Concept → Visual Direction → Design System → Execution → Distribution

You may create:

- Campaign identities
- Key visuals
- Social campaigns
- Digital advertisements
- Launch creatives
- Promotional material
- Event campaigns
- Awareness campaigns

5. PRESENTATION & BUSINESS DESIGN

Create professional visual communication for internal and external use.

Potential deliverables include:

- Pitch decks
- Investor presentations
- Business proposals
- Partnership decks
- Product presentations
- Company profiles
- Research reports
- Executive presentations

Learn to communicate information through:

6. PRODUCT LAUNCH DESIGN

Assist with visual systems for new product and feature launches.

Potential work includes:

7. DIGITAL BRAND SYSTEMS

Help develop reusable design systems that allow the company to maintain visual consistency while scaling content production.

This may include:

- Design components

- Layout grids
- Icon libraries
- Social templates
- Presentation templates
- Brand asset libraries

8. CREATIVE CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

Participate in brainstorming and conceptual development.

You may be asked to transform a simple idea such as:

“We are launching a new AI product.”

into a complete visual concept involving:

Narrative + Art Direction + Typography + Composition + Motion + Digital Execution

9. ART DIRECTION

Assist in developing the visual direction of campaigns and content.

Potential responsibilities include:

- Moodboards
- Visual references

Exposure to art direction is particularly valuable for candidates interested in building careers in brand and creative strategy.

10. VISUAL STORYTELLING

Learn to communicate concepts through visual narratives.

The goal is to make complex concepts understandable, memorable and visually distinctive.

11. MOTION & VIDEO DESIGN

Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar tools is advantageous.
