Position: Solar Project Manager

Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of assigned **Solar/EPC projects.

Conduct customer discussions, site surveys, and understand project requirements.

Prepare and coordinate **technical & financial proposals, BOM, and project documentation.
Coordinate with the design team for solar system design and **PVsyst analysis.

Coordinate with **E-Tendering, Purchase, Vendors, Site, and Maintenance teams**.

Monitor material procurement, delivery schedules, and site requirements.

Plan project timelines, milestones, manpower, resources, and daily activities.

Lead regular project review and morning coordination meetings.

Monitor site execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Identify project risks, delays, and operational issues and take corrective action.

Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification,



and final project handover.

Ensure projects are completed **within agreed timelines, budget, quality standards, and customer requirements**.

Prepare project reports, progress updates, and other required documentation.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of **Solar PV / Solar EPC project execution**.

Practical knowledge of **PVsyst, BOM preparation, and solar system design**.

Experience in project planning, execution, procurement, and commissioning.

Excellent customer handling and stakeholder management skills.

Solid communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple project activities and timelines simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with **4–5+ years of relevant Solar/EPC Project Management experience** will be preferred.

Experience in handling projects independently from **site survey to final handover** will be an advantage.
