WORK FROM HOME – Operations Manager

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to manage and streamline day-to-day hospital operations remotely. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with relevant experience in healthcare/hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day hospital operational activities.

- Coordinate with different departments and ensure smooth workflow.

- Monitor team performance, productivity, and operational targets.

- Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Coordinate with management and department heads for effective execution of processes.

- Maintain operational reports, records, and regular performance updates.

- Ensure proper implementation of hospital policies, SOPs, and processes.

- Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements.

- Manage team coordination,



follow-ups, and task allocation.

- Ensure smooth communication between departments and management.

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a hospital/healthcare setup.

- Strong team management and coordination skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

- Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Comfortable working independently in a Work From Home setup.

- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and reporting tools.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with prior experience in hospital administration, healthcare operations, or hospital management will be preferred.
