About the Role

BR TechGeeks Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled and passionate Agentic AI Trainer to conduct an intensive hands-on training program for students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging sessions, explaining advanced AI concepts, and guiding participants through practical implementations of Agentic AI systems and Generative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led training sessions on Agentic AI and Generative AI.
- Design and conduct practical exercises, assignments, and real-world case studies.
- Train participants on building AI agents and autonomous workflows.
- Demonstrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Guide participants in developing AI-powered applications using modern AI frameworks and tools.
- Provide mentorship and technical support throughout the training program.
- Assess participant performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure training content remains aligned with current industry trends and best practices.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of Agentic AI and AI Agent Architectures.
- Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Prompt Engineering and AI Workflow Optimization.
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).




- LangChain and LangGraph.
- Vector Databases such as ChromaDB, FAISS, and Pinecone.
- AI Automation and Multi-Agent Systems.
- Python Programming.
- API Integration and Deployment Concepts.
- Hands-on experience in AI project development.

Experience Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or Technical Training.
- Prior experience conducting corporate, academic, or professional training programs.
- Strong presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.

Training Deliverables

- Interactive sessions with practical demonstrations.
- Hands-on projects and real-world use-case implementations.
- Training materials, code samples, and assignments.
- Participant assessment and feedback reports.
