Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot IT systems, and assist clients with installation and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues at the office and client locations.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.
- Visit client sites regularly for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain service reports and documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer support requirements.

Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.




- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support/Technical Support.
- Basic knowledge of networking, Windows, hardware, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
