Company Overview:

We are a leading property management company committed to delivering exceptional real estate services to tenants and property owners. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the real estate industry, have a proactive attitude, and be willing to work in the office.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and potential clients.
- Create and execute strategies to acquire new tenants for the company’s properties.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct property showings for potential tenants and clients.
- Answer client inquiries and provide professional advice on property options and leasing terms.
- Act as a liaison between tenants and property owners to resolve any concerns.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with potential tenants and property owners.




- Assist in the lease signing process and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Spend time on the field visiting properties and meeting clients to establish relationships and promote services.
- Travel to various properties within the designated area, with a fuel allowance provided for business-related travel.

Qualifications:

- Freshers are welcome.
- Previous experience in property management or real estate sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to meet targets

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
