5.5 Days Working | Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)

What you'll do:
Handle inbound calls from US-based customers
Resolve queries related to orders, billing, payments & account services
Deliver exceptional customer support with a customer-first approach
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards

You should have:

- Freshers Graduates with Excellent English Communication may also apply
- Graduates & Undergraduates are eligible
- Strong verbal communication and customer handling skills




- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
