Oracle Fusion Technical Analyst

Role Summary
Seeking an Oracle Fusion Technical Analyst to provide production support for Oracle Fusion applications, integrations, and technical operations. The role focuses on monitoring integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, managing data processes, and collaborating with functional teams to resolve production incidents and drive root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and support Oracle Fusion integrations and production processes.
- Troubleshoot integration, interface, and data-related issues; analyze logs and resolve errors.
- Support OIC, FBDI, ADI, SOAP/REST APIs, scheduled processes, and workflows/approvals .
- Perform data validation, extracts, and ad hoc scripting for issue resolution and analysis.
- Manage security roles, user access, and workflow configurations.
- Reprocess failed transactions and ensure timely incident resolution.
- Conduct technical root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive actions.
- Collaborate with functional teams to identify and resolve P2P, O2C, and R2R production issues.
- Coordinate testing, deployments, and Oracle support activities as needed.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , SOAP/REST APIs , FBDI ,



and ADI .
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion security, workflows, scheduled processes, and data management.
- Strong troubleshooting, log analysis, and production support experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, data validation, and technical incident management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
