Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with 4+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, candidate management, and closing technical positions across various IT technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social platforms.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, notice period, location, and compensation.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify relevant candidates.
- Conduct initial HR/technical screening and share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and interview panels.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Negotiate compensation and support candidates through the offer and joining process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, interview status, and candidate records.




- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and improve hiring quality.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Strong experience in sourcing technical candidates.
- Good understanding of technologies such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Infrastructure, Networking, Software Development, and Data.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong candidate screening and communication skills.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
- Robust follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.

Preferred:

- Experience in hiring for senior/lead technical positions.
- Experience working with offshore/global clients.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and ATS/recruitment trackers.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
