Job Description

We are hiring Telecallers for a US Healthcare Voice Process. The role involves communicating with US-based customers and handling calls as per the requirements of the healthcare campaign.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, clear pronunciation, good listening skills, and confidence while speaking on calls.

Responsibilities

- Handle calls with US-based customers professionally.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- Follow process guidelines and call-handling procedures.
- Maintain accurate call records and required documentation.
- Achieve assigned quality and productivity targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good pronunciation and conversational ability.
- Solid listening and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a US night shift.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Previous experience in US Voice Process, Healthcare, BPO, Telecalling,



or Customer Support is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
