We are looking for caring and patient Mother Teachers to support young learners from LKG through Primary. The role involves creating a safe and nurturing classroom workplace, supporting daily routines, and helping children develop foundational academic and social skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage classroom routines, activities and day-to-day needs of young learners
- Plan and support age-appropriate learning, storytelling, play and foundational literacy/numeracy activities
- Attend to the personal care, comfort and emotional well-being of students
- Work closely with lead teachers to support classroom learning and student development
- Observe and share updates on students' settling-in, well-being and progress with parents and school leadership
Who Can Apply
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline
- Fluency in English and Tamil
- B.Ed completed or currently pursuing is preferred
- 2–3 years of relevant teaching/childcare experience preferred
- Genuine warmth, patience and interest in working with young children
- Candidates without B.Ed may be considered if they demonstrate strong potential
