We’re Hiring: Human Resource Generalist

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. If you have a passion for people management and hands-on experience across HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll support, and compliance. This role is key to ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting both employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, selection)
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Support managers in setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews
- Track employee performance data and MIS report
- Calculate salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions
- Manage reimbursements and expense claims
- Maintain employee records and HRIS systems




- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Update HR policies and procedures

Requirements

- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant degree
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist role
- Knowledge of payroll processing and labor laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/CRM tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
