Role: Academic Coordinator

Salary: 25,000 - 40,000

Note: Own Laptop and Mobile phone is mandatory

Should be ready to travel across different locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage class timetables for multiple schools based on academic requirements, faculty availability, and class schedules.
- Coordinate with respective faculties and academic teams to plan and schedule classes effectively.
- Track faculty availability and make necessary timetable adjustments in case of changes, substitutions, or scheduling conflicts.
- Circulate the finalised timetable to the academic team, faculties, and students within the required timelines.
- Ensure timely communication of any changes, cancellations, rescheduling, or academic updates to all relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with schools to ensure the smooth execution of scheduled classes and academic activities.
- Monitor day-to-day academic coordination and proactively identify and resolve scheduling or operational issues.
- Act as a point of coordination between the schools, faculties, academic team,



and internal project team for academic-related requirements.
- Visit assigned schools whenever required to understand and address academic concerns and ensure smooth coordination at the school level.
- Maintain proper records of timetables, faculty schedules, academic updates, and other coordination-related information.

Required Skills

- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple schools, schedules, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Robust problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of academic operations
- Willingness to travel/visit schools as required
