Business Analyst / Product Owner – Core Banking & Digital Lending

Finverge is a fast‑growing fintech software company building next‑generation core banking systems, digital lending platforms, and digital banking solutions. We are looking for a dynamic professional who can bridge business, technology, and customer needs, ensuring smooth product delivery and market alignment.

Key Responsibilities

- Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Work closely with stakeholders to capture business requirements for core banking, digital lending, and internet banking platforms.
- Translate business needs into detailed BRDs, FSDs, and user stories.
- Product Ownership
- Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring solutions meet both business and regulatory requirements.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct regular demos, workshops, and client meetings.
- Maintain strong communication channels with internal teams and external clients.
- Agile Project Management
- Participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design teams to resolve blockers and deliver features.
- Domain Expertise
- Provide insights into core banking workflows (deposits, loans, payments, settlements).




- Support digital lending journeys (customer onboarding, loan origination, disbursement, collections).
- Contribute to internet banking features (fund transfers, bill payments, account management).

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 5–7 years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in core banking systems and digital lending/digital banking platforms.
- Mandatory Skills:
- Robust knowledge of banking workflows, customer onboarding, and lending processes.
- Excellent customer communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Education: BE/BTech or MBA.
- Good to Have: Familiarity with RBI guidelines, fraud prevention systems (FRMS/EWS), and compliance frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability, and strong interpersonal communication.

- Comfortable switching between business analysis, client demos, and product strategy.
- Passionate about building scalable fintech solutions that transform banking and lending in India.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
