Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with customers and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms and other sales channels.
- Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain products/services clearly and effectively to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, leads and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service.
- Stay updated about products, competitors and market trends.
- Prepare regular sales reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and qualified personality.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Candidates should be based in or willing to work from Jaipur.
