Job Description – Business Development

Industry: Automobile / Electric Mobility

Function: Business Development – B2B

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop B2B fleet and corporate customers.
- Generate new business leads across logistics, e-commerce, delivery and fleet segments.
- Understand customer vehicle requirements and present EV solutions.
- Develop vehicle leasing and rental opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Manage the sales pipeline and achieve business targets.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations and Service teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and track fleet deployment/revenue.

Preferred Profile

- 3–5 years of experience in Automobile / EV / Commercial Vehicle / Fleet / Leasing / Rental / Mobility.
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Experience handling corporate, institutional or fleet customers preferred.
- Positive communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
