JOB DESCRIPTION – WARDER / WARDEN

Location: Chandrapur, Maharashtra
Position: Warder / Warden
Gender: Male & Female
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Qualification: Minimum Graduation (Any Stream)
Age: 25–40 Years

WORKING HOURS: 24-HOUR AVAILABILITY AS PER OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain discipline, safety, and security of the premises.
- Monitor entry and exit of residents/students/visitors.
- Conduct regular rounds and maintain attendance records.
- Supervise daily activities and ensure compliance with rules.
- Maintain security registers and report unusual incidents.
- Handle basic emergencies and coordinate with management when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and a protected environment.Requirements:
- Physically fit, alert, and responsible.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts if required.
- Previous experience in hostel, residential, security, or warder duties will be an advantage.
- Male and female candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
