Accountant – PF & ESIC Compliance

Degree 360 Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of PF, ESIC and statutory compliance. The candidate should be capable of independently handling payroll-related statutory requirements and maintaining accurate financial and compliance records.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle monthly PF and ESIC calculations, filings, challans and payments.
- Manage EPFO ECR preparation, submission, corrections and reconciliation.
- Handle UAN generation, KYC updates, PF transfers and employee exits.
- Manage ESIC registration, employee records, contributions and related compliance.
- Ensure accurate PF/ESIC deductions and employer contributions.
- Reconcile PF and ESIC records with payroll, bank statements and employee data.
- Maintain statutory records, reports and compliance documentation.
- Handle PF/ESIC notices, inspections and correspondence with government authorities.
- Coordinate with HR regarding employee joining, exit, salary changes and statutory deductions.
- Ensure all statutory payments and filings are completed within prescribed timelines.
- Handle employee queries related to PF, UAN, ESIC and statutory deductions.
- Stay updated with changes in PF, ESIC and applicable labour compliance requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of EPFO/PF and ESIC portals and procedures.
- Good knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance.
- Experience in handling PF/ESIC reconciliations and compliance documentation.
- Positive command of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet statutory deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
