Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates.
- Post job requirements on various portals and social media.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Support in onboarding of selected candidates.
- Coordinate with HR team and management for smooth hiring.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
