Full job description As a GeM Tender Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the tendering process on the Government e-Marketplace platform.
- Tender Identification & Opportunity Management
- Monitor GeM, Government e-Procurement Portals, Central & State Government, Government Hospitals, Medical Institutions, PSUs and other tender platforms.
- Identify relevant Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medical Supply and Institutional Tenders.
- Review tender opportunities based on eligibility, product requirements, quantities, specifications, commercial terms and business requirements.
- Maintain an updated Tender Prospect & Deadline Tracker.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior experience in tender management, preferably within the government procurement sector.
- Strong understanding of procurement regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in conducting market research and analysis.
- Knowledge of e-procurement tools and software.
- Understanding of government contracting processes and regulations.
