Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SEO Lead with expertise in SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to drive organic growth, improve search visibility and strengthen our brand presence across traditional and AI-powered search platforms.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO, AEO and GEO strategies to improve organic visibility and traffic.
- Lead keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization and technical SEO.
- Optimize website content for Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and other AI search platforms.
- Improve website structure, schema markup, internal linking and overall technical SEO.
- Drive high-quality backlinks and manage off-page SEO activities.
- Monitor organic traffic, rankings, conversions and AI search visibility.
- Conduct SEO audits and implement strategies to improve website performance.
- Lead the SEO team, manage deliverables and coordinate with content and development teams.
- Track performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and other SEO tools.





Required Skills

- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with team leadership experience.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO and AI-driven search optimization.
- Expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO and keyword research.
- Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Understanding of structured data, schema markup and website performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, communication and team management skills.
- Experience in B2B, IT services or SaaS SEO is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
