FirstHome Consulting is a growing real estate consulting company focused on helping customers find the right property and investment opportunities. We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Understand customers’ property requirements, budget, and preferences.
- Explain available property options, projects, offers, and services.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule property visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Build good relationships with prospective customers and handle their queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
Requirements
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/CRM is preferred.
- Previous telecalling, customer service, or real estate experience will be an added advantage.
