V2 Creative Engineering, a leading manufacturer and solution provider of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and lifting systems, is seeking a Service Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Perform erection, installation, commissioning, and testing of equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical issues during breakdowns.
- Handle customer complaints independently and provide effective technical solutions.
- Deliver operational, maintenance, and safety training to clients.
- Prepare service reports and maintain documentation after site visits.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.

Qualifications:





- Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree or diploma (freshers welcome).
- Robust technical knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle for travel.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.

CTC: ₹2 - 3 LPA .

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
