JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, banking, accounts payable/receivable, and Export & Import documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting entries.
- Handle Sales, Purchase, Invoice, Receipt, Payment & Journal entries.
- Prepare and verify Export & Import documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Purchase Orders and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with CHA, Freight Forwarders, Transporters, Customers & Suppliers.
- Handle GST documentation, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and related compliance.
- Perform Purchase & Sales reconciliation and maintain proper records.
- Handle Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS).
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR).




- Support audit requirements and maintain accurate financial documentation.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Experience: 2–5 years in Accounts & Finance.
- Good knowledge of Tally / ERP and MS Excel.
- Robust knowledge of GST & basic taxation.
- Experience in Export & Import accounting/documentation preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Manufacturing / Engineering industry experience preferred.
