We are looking for experienced Cruise & Flight Sales Consultants to join our travel sales team in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries for cruise and flight bookings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
- Generate and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell travel products and services.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.

Requirements

- Mandatory: Cruise Sales & Flight Sales experience.
- Previous experience in International travel sales / holiday sales / cruise sales / airline sales is required.




- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven sales workplace.
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
