Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct clinical examination and diagnosis of patients at the MMU and camp sites

- Prescribe treatment, medication, and necessary referrals based on diagnosis
- Review lab test results and correlate with clinical findings for accurate diagnosis
- Identify cases requiring specialist consultation or referral to higher health facilities
- Maintain accurate patient records, case histories, and treatment documentation
- Guide and supervise other MMU medical staff (nurse, lab technician, pharmacist) during MMU operations and camps
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, ethical standards, and patient safety guidelines
- Conduct health awareness sessions/counseling for patients and community members
- Assess prevailing health, environmental, and socio-behavioral factors (water quality, sanitation,



occupational exposure, nutrition patterns, local disease history) in a given village or community to guide camp type and location planning
- Coordinate with field team on camp scheduling based on disease prevalence and community needs identified through this assessment
- Support enrollment of patients in relevant government health schemes where applicable
- Report on morbidity patterns and health trends observed during camps for program monitoring

Qualifications:

● MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution

● Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or respective State Medical Council

● Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience; experience in rural healthcare, or public health initiatives strongly preferred

● Excellent communication and community engagement abilities to work effectively with diverse populations

● Previous experience in mobile health units or community-based health programs desirable

● Willingness to travel extensively and work in field locations across project areas

Pay: From ₹55,000.00 per month
