- Responsible for sourcing and developing fabrics and materials for sports bags, cricket bags, cricket kit bags, travel gear, backpacks, duffle bags, gym bags, luggage, school bags, and other types of bags.
- Source polyester, nylon, Oxford, canvas, PU/PVC-coated, ripstop, mesh, recycled, waterproof and other technical/performance fabrics as per product requirements.
- Source complete bag components including linings, padding, foam, webbing, tapes, zippers, buckles, hardware, trims, labels, prints, embroidery, packaging, and other accessories.
- Identify, evaluate, develop, and maintain strong relationships with fabric mills, material suppliers, accessory vendors, and manufacturers.
- Negotiate prices, MOQ, payment terms, quality standards, lead times, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Manage complete fabric and material development and sampling from initial concept to final approved sample.
- Coordinate with design, merchandising, sampling, production, quality, purchase, and suppliers for smooth product development and execution.
- Prepare and negotiate fabric, material, accessory, and product costing to achieve target prices.
- Follow up on fabric development, lab dips, color matching, material testing, samples,



corrections, approvals, and finalization.
- Ensure approved fabrics, materials, specifications, and samples are properly handed over to production for bulk manufacturing.
- Monitor supplier quality, production, delivery schedules, and material availability to support timely factory production.
- Develop alternative and cost-effective materials to improve quality, performance, cost, sustainability, and production efficiency.
- Continuously research and develop current fabrics, innovative materials, sustainable/recycled materials, suppliers, and sourcing opportunities.
- Visit fabric markets, suppliers, factories, exhibitions, and trade fairs to identify new materials, technologies, vendors, and business opportunities.
- Maintain supplier and material databases covering fabric specifications, composition, GSM, width, colors, finishes, prices, MOQ, lead time, and approved standards.
- Support the factory in resolving fabric and material quality issues and implementing corrective actions with suppliers.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
