About the Role:

Sukran Realty is looking for a *creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor* to join our marketing team.

The person will work closely with the marketing team to create *high-quality social media creatives, property advertisements, Reels, promotional videos, campaign creatives and other digital marketing materials* for Sukran Realty.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both *design and video content* and wants to work in a quick-paced real estate marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design creative *social media posts, advertisements, banners, carousels and promotional creatives*.

- Edit short-form videos and Reels for *Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms*.

- Create engaging *real estate promotional videos and property walkthrough videos*.

- Design creatives for *Meta Ads and lead generation campaigns*.

- Edit raw footage, add music, transitions, text, captions and basic motion graphics.

- Create content based on campaign briefs and marketing requirements.

- Maintain consistency with *Sukran Realty's brand identity and visual style*.





- Work with the marketing team to develop new creative concepts and campaign ideas.

- Resize and adapt creatives for different platforms and formats.

- Handle multiple creative requirements while meeting deadlines.

- Stay updated with current *social media design, video editing and advertising trends*.

Required Skills:

*Graphic Design*

- Adobe Photoshop

- Canva

- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour and visual hierarchy

*Video Editing*

- Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve

- After Effects knowledge will be an advantage

- Reels and short-form video editing

- Basic motion graphics and text animation

- Good understanding of music, transitions and pacing

Good to Have:

- Experience in *real estate, digital marketing or advertising*

- Understanding of *Meta Ads creatives*

- Basic knowledge of social media trends

- Knowledge of AI creative tools such as *Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Ideogram or similar tools*

- Basic photography/video shooting knowledge
