Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Video Editing Trainer to provide practical, industry-oriented training to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in video editing, post-production, motion graphics, and visual storytelling, with the ability to teach both fundamental and advanced editing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct video editing training sessions for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
- Develop structured lesson plans, presentations, practical exercises, and project assignments.
- Provide hands-on training using real-world video editing projects.
- Teach key video editing concepts including:
- Video Editing Fundamentals
- Editing Workflow and Project Management
- Timeline and Sequence Editing
- Cutting, Trimming, and Transitions
- Audio Editing and Sound Design
- Color Correction and Color Grading
- Green Screen / Chroma Key
- Visual Effects Basics
- Motion Graphics
- Titles, Captions, and Subtitles
- Multi-camera Editing
- Video Compression and Export Settings
- Social Media Video Production
- YouTube Video Editing
- Short-form Content and Reels
- Film and Corporate Video Editing
- Train learners on professional editing workflows and best practices.
- Provide practical assignments and real-world projects.
- Guide students in creating professional video editing portfolios and showreels.
- Review learner projects and provide constructive feedback.
- Teach efficient editing techniques, storytelling, pacing, and visual continuity.
- Explain audio, color, export, and delivery requirements for different platforms.
- Prepare learners for video editing job interviews and industry requirements.





Software / Tools

Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro
- Adobe Audition
- CapCut
- Blender or other VFX/3D tools is an advantage

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in Video Editing and Post-Production.
- Prior experience as a Video Editor, Post-Production Artist, Video Editing Trainer, or Instructor.
- Strong knowledge of professional video editing workflows.
- Experience with at least one industry-standard video editing software.
- Good understanding of color correction, audio editing, transitions, effects, and motion graphics.
- Ability to create and demonstrate professional-quality video projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical and creative concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Strong storytelling and creative skills.
- Professional video production experience is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in YouTube, social media, advertising, corporate videos, films, or digital content production.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects.
- Experience with short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, and social media videos.
- Knowledge of professional audio and color grading workflows.
- Experience creating professional portfolios and showreels.
- Experience training students, working professionals, or corporate teams.
- Ability to conduct online and classroom training.

Pay: ₹10,317.96 - ₹33,775.15 per month
