Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities:

- HCM Functional Requirements, Definition - Investigate the business requirements for the Workday solution, work collaboratively with functional analysts and architects to articulate requirements and to test designed solution effectively.
- Develop Test Scenarios for Workday HCM based on provided configuration workbooks
- Conducting sessions with client personnel to verify requirements as needed
- Takes timely, appropriate actions that address stakeholder needs/expectations
- Identify and manage test scenarios creation, execution and take the issues resolution to closure as needed
- Interact and communicate effectively with mid and senior level management
Leverage synergies between global information systems

Key Responsibilities

Skills Required: Workday HCM functional, Workday Reports, at least 1 other Workday HCM module (compensation / absence etc) functional knowledge is needed apart from Core HCM

Skill Requirements

Knowledge and Skills:

- Extensive experience with Workday Project Lifecyle

- Working knowledge / Experience in Workday HCM, preferably Compensation and Advanced Compensation
- At least 5+ years of Industry experience
- Hands-on experience in Configuring or Testing Workday HCM and / or compensation.
- Familiarity with testing principles. Hands on experience of testing in implementation project(s) is a bonus
- Familiarity with HCM / HRMS terms and processes
- Engineering or HR background

- Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly through individual research and self-training.
- Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly.
- Passion for customer service.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Other Requirements

Your responsibilities





- Perform Workday administrative functions relating to integrations, tenant configuration, data loads, and upgrades
- Manage the Production and establish a well-controlled systems environment
- Provide support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, incident management and integration monitoring
- Develop new integration systems

Our requirements

- You have ability to Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Workday Integration solutions using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and Workday Studio.
- You have experience with Workday Extend module - development of new applications and maintenance of existing solutions.
- You have experience in providing support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations and recent integrations.
- You have experience in performing routine break/fix support and regression testing of inbound/outbound interfaces to the system and middleware.
- You have ability to understand and follow Data Governance and ensure attention to data quality.
- You have experience in providing support for incident management and integration monitoring.
- You have full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

Optional

- Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer certification in Integration
- Experience in Workday Payroll Module
- HR functional experience
