Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Relationship Managers to join our automobile sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and approach potential customers for vehicle sales.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

* Conduct vehicle presentations and test drive arrangements.

* Follow up with leads and maintain a solid customer database.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

* Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for vehicle delivery processes.

* Ensure timely completion of sales documentation.

* Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.

* Participate in promotional activities, events, and showroom campaigns.

* Maintain knowledge of current products, offers,



and competitor activities.

Eligibility Criteria

* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

* Any Degree/Diploma qualification.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Passion for sales and customer service.

* Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler and Four-Wheeler Driving License.

* Basic computer knowledge preferred.
