About the Role

We are looking for Qualified Course Trainers / Online Tutors with experience teaching or training learners in career-focused subjects.

The role involves conducting live online sessions, explaining course concepts practically, and supporting learners throughout their training.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live online classes for SkillsBee Academy students.
- Explain professional course concepts clearly and practically.
- Use real-world examples, case studies, and workplace scenarios.
- Interact with learners and address questions during sessions.
- Support students with assignments and learning activities.
- Prepare or effectively use presentations,



notes, and learning materials.
- Maintain an engaging and professional virtual classroom.
- Provide constructive feedback and learning support.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience as a Professional Trainer, Course Trainer, Online Tutor, Faculty, Instructor, or Industry Trainer.
- Experience delivering professional, vocational, or career-focused courses is preferred.
- Online teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Malayalam communication skills are required for learner interaction.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, and Canva is preferred.
- Comfortable conducting live classes through online meeting platforms.

Preferred Background

We welcome trainers with practical knowledge and teaching experience in professional or industry-oriented subjects.

Experience in workplace training, vocational education, skilled courses, or online learning will be an advantage.
