Remote SEO & Digital Marketing Executive

Regal Dubai Travel Agency is seeking an experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Executive to work remotely from India.

We need someone who is well-experienced with off-page SEO, link building, keyword research, basic on-page SEO, WordPress website maintenance, social media management, SEO reporting, and daily online monitoring.

Main Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality backlinks and evaluate backlink quality, DA/PA, and spam scores.
- Research recent backlink opportunities and competitor link-building strategies.
- Execute blog commenting, local backlink creation, directory submissions, article submissions, and forum engagement (Reddit/Quora).
- Prepare and publish SEO articles on external platforms (e.g., Medium, Hashnode).
- Conduct keyword research and track search engine rankings in weekly tracking sheets.
- Handle basic on-page SEO updates and WordPress content management.
- Monitor Google Search Console, website traffic, and SEO performance metrics.
- Maintain organized SEO, backlink, and ranking reports in Google Sheets.
- Prepare and schedule social media posts across company platforms.
- Monitor Google reviews, Tawk.to webchat, and customer messages.
- Regularly check company websites across both desktop and mobile devices.
- Follow up with team members regarding assigned website checks and pending tasks.
- Prepare a clear daily work report outlining completed tasks, results, pending items, and next-day plans.

Working Hours & Schedule:

- Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Dubai Time), including a 1-hour lunch break.
- Sunday Check-Ins:



Check company Facebook inbox every 2 hours (10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Dubai Time) and submit pending message counts (at 10 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM, 4 PM, 6 PM, and 8 PM Dubai Time).
- Remote Setup: Work is performed remotely by connecting via AnyDesk to our designated office laptop located in Dubai.

Requirements:

- Must currently reside in India.
- Proven practical experience in off-page SEO, backlink strategies, and keyword tracking.
- Hands-on knowledge of WordPress page maintenance and basic on-page SEO.
- Experience in social media posting and basic promotional content creation.
- Highly organized with strong reporting and Google Sheets management skills.
- Comfortable working full-time via AnyDesk remote desktop connection.
- Ready to start immediately.
