- Employee relations & grievance handling
- Payroll, attendance & leave coordination
- Labour law & statutory compliance
- Performance management & appraisals
- Training & employee engagement
- HR MIS & reporting
- HR policy implementation & workforce planning

*Preferred Background:*

✅ Service Centre / Workshop

✅ Solid HR Generalist experience

*Important:* Candidate should be comfortable travelling between *Boisar & Malad* as required.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
