Key Responsibilities:
- Handling annual budgeting, financial planning and forecasting.
- Preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and business plans.
- Conducting budget vs. actual analysis and variance analysis.
- Managing budgetary control and identifying areas for cost optimization.
- Preparing MIS and management reports for senior management.
- Monitoring financial performance, profitability and key cost indicators.
- Supporting management in financial decision-making through accurate analysis.
- Coordinating with various departments for budget preparation and monitoring.
- Preparing financial forecasts and providing insights on business performance.
- Ensuring effective cost control and financial discipline across the organization.
Candidate Requirements:
- CA qualification is mandatory.
- 10–15+ years of relevant experience in Budgeting, Financial Planning, MIS, Forecasting, Cost Control and Finance & Accounts.
- Robust hands-on experience in annual budgeting, budgetary control and variance analysis.
- Candidates from the Steel/Metals industry will be preferred.
- Strong management reporting and analytical skills.
- Candidates based in Raipur will be preferred.
- Immediate/early joiners will be given priority.
